Enjoy STUNNING VIEWS of the OCEAN and MILES OF BEACH coastline from your PRIVATE BALCONY (No other condos or balconies looking in at you like many other Sunbird units have!). Enjoy your morning coffee from the 10th floor, watching a MAGNIFICIENT SUNRISE, watch and listen to the surf! Look carefully and you may even see some DOLPHINS swim by!! Look down, you also have a direct view of the East Pool!
If you enjoy the POOL, BEACH , swimming in the OCEAN, or maybe you would like to try some PARASAILING or ride a WAVE RUNNER, then just step outside! If you like to GOLF, there are a half dozen public golf courses in the area, with Signal Hill about 2 blocks away! If FISHING is your passion, then cast your line at the pier, St. Andrews Park, or right outside in the surf! If you are like me and like to SHOP and DINE OUT, then you are definitely in the RIGHT PLACE!
My comfortable and tastefully decorated 10th floor unit is fully furnished and nicely stocked for your enjoyment. Full size sleeper sofa, plus Twin Sleeper Loveseat in Living Room with plenty of linens and memory foam toppers. Tons of towels, washcloths, hair dryer, ironing board and iron and fully equipped kitchen. Just stock up your favorite food and beverages from Wal-Mart which is located right around the corner!
If you don't feel like cooking in, try walking right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant for lunch or dinner, or sit outside on their outdoor tiki bar or pier for drinks and watch the sun set! My condo is ready and waiting for you to enjoy...there's even a couple beach chairs for you to take down to the beach. Just bring your beach towel and suntan lotion!
