My condo is clean, well maintained and cared for...*It's MOM APPROVED*!! Located on the 10th floor of the GATED SUNBIRD COMDOMINUM complex, its comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is owned and managed by me, so you are assured of personal attention and assistance when renting my unit, and I want you to feel right at home!
You will find my condo fully furnished and nicely stocked for your enjoyment. It features beautiful 16" ceramic tile floor throughout (great for easy cleanups!), convenient secure keyless door entry (no worrys about losing keys in the sand or the kids not being able to let themselves back in!), a flat screen TV w/tons of cable channels, DVD & VCR, a very comfy queen bed in bedroom, and the living room has a sofa w/full size sleeper. You will also find lots of fluffy bath towels and washcloths, extra bedding for the pullout sleeper, the kitchen has full size appliances and is stocked with everything you need. The condo also has those little necessities and extras, everything from a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, telephone, books, magazines, games, playing cards, down to a basket of coupons to help make your outings more affordable. I even have a Guest Book where past vacationers have left their notes and recommendations for great places to eat and things to do! Stock up your favorite food and beverages from Walmart (which is located right around the corner) and you're ready for your relaxing vacation!
If you don't feel like cooking in, try walking right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant & Bar for lunch or dinner, or sit outside on their pier for drinks and watch the sun set! Beautiful Beach Views from my Balcony
