SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER (9/15/12 - 10/31/12)...............$85/night; or $500/week.

Sunbird HOA requires: $15/Parking Pass & $2/Wristbands (you purchase on-site).

Details and Fine Print

  • This is a No Pets and No Smoking Unit;

  • Single, non-married, renters must be a minimum of 25 Years Old, per Sunbird Homeowners Association;

  • There is no daily maid service as this is not a hotel. There is a one-time cleaning at End of Stay Only;

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm. on your arrival date (or earlier if no one is departing the unit...ask me). Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.


  • To Reserve Your Dates: Payment of your refundable $175 security/damage deposit will hold your dates. I will email you my Lease Agreement for you to sign and return with a copy of your Driver's License.

  • Rental Monies Due: Your rent will be due 30 days before your reserved dates. If you are reserving dates within a 30 day period, please return your rental check with the Lease Agreement. After all monies received, I will email you keypad code to the condo door and the code to the parking lot entrance.

  • Cancellation Policy: I know plans can change and things can happen, but on the other hand, please remember I am turing away potential renters to hold your date for you. So here is my cancellation policy in case you find you are not able to keep your reservation:


    • **I will always refund your rental money in full if already paid in advance.

    **More than one month notice of cancellation: Your Security/Damage Deposit will be 100% refunded.

    **Less than one month notice of cancellation, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of your security deposit.

    **Less than two weeks notice of cancellation: 25% refund of your security deposit.

    **Less than one week notice of cancellation: We will withhold your security deposit.

  • Refund of Security Deposit: I will refund your security deposit within 3 business days of your departure. The unit will first be inspected for any damage or missing items, then mailed to you.
